基于拓展杠杆法的8速行星齿轮机构的设计

摘要 针对液力变矩器在某些工况下传递效率低、油耗高的问题,利用拓展和改进的杠杆法研究和设计一套8速行星齿轮机构的完整动力传递方案。8速行星齿轮机构的动力传递方案中的传动比范围广,且具有3个超速挡,能有效地提高车辆的动力传动效率和改善车辆的燃油经济性。该方案换挡过程满足单一切换原则,这有利于降低自动变速器换挡过程的冲击、减少换挡过程的顿挫感,从而提高车辆的乘坐舒适性。利用平面图形法检验了8速行星齿轮机构中的行星排和执行元件之间的布置关系不存在干涉现象,验证了该新方案的可行性。 Aiming at the problem that the hydraulic torque converter has low transmission efficiency and high fuel consumption under certain operating conditions,a complete power transmission scheme for an 8-speed planetary gear mechanism is designed using the expanded and improved lever method.The power transmission scheme of the 8-speed planetary gear mechanism has a wide range of transmission ratios,and has 3 overspeed gears,which can effectively improve the vehicle's power transmission efficiency and improve the vehicle's fuel economy.The shifting process of this scheme satisfies the single shifting principle,which is beneficial to reduce the impact of the automatic transmission shifting process,reduce the frustration of the shifting process,and improve the riding comfort of the vehicle.The plane graphic method is used to verify that there is no arrangement relationship interference between the planetary row and the actuator in the 8-speed planetary gear mechanism.Therefore,this new scheme can be realized.
