摘要 针对前移式叉车门架小车受力不均匀,出现早期应力集中,表现为单个滚轮破损失效的问题,进行分析和优化设计。运用SolidWorks软件建立门架小车的三维模型,然后导入ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,利用ANSYS软件分析结果改进设计门架小车,实际使用表明,优化改进后的门架小车受力均匀,未出现单个滚轮应力集中损坏现象,达到了优化设计的目的。 The uneven force of the reach truck gantry trolley appears early stress concentration,which is manifested as the problem of the failure of a single roller.The analysis and optimization design are carried out.SolidWorks software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the mast trolley,and then import it into ANSYS software for finite element analysis.The analysis results of ANSYS software are used to improve the design of the mast trolley.Actual use shows that the force of the optimized and improved mast trolley is uniform,there is no single roller damage due to stress concentration,and the goal of optimized design is achieved.
