涂层技术替代耐蚀合金接箍镀铜的可行性研究与实现 被引量:1

摘要 以13Cr材质为例,研究了可以替代接箍镀铜的一种涂层技术。针对耐蚀合金接箍的工况特点,提出了对于涂层需要满足的技术要求,并对接箍涂层的实现方法进行了介绍,并研究了其实现方法。最后对涂层的抗腐蚀、抗黏扣及接头的密封性能进行了实物试验,验证了涂层技术替代耐蚀合金接箍镀铜的可行性,以涂层技术处理的耐蚀合金接箍的性能满足使用要求。 Taking 13Cr as an example,a coating technology which can replace copper plating of coupling is studied.According to the working condition characteristics of the corrosion-resistant alloy coupling,the technical requirements for the coating are put forward,and the realization method of the coupling coating is introduced and developed.Finally,the physical tests of the corrosion resistance,adhesion resistance and sealing performance of the coating are carried out to verify the feasibility of the coating technology to replace the copper plating of the corrosion-resistant alloy coupling,and the performance of the corrosion-resistant alloy coupling treated by the coating technology can meet the use requirements.
