摘要
针对口腔正畸中微型螺钉包装卡位难以取放的问题,应用ARIZ对扳手取放螺钉的系统进行创新设计。对口腔正畸中螺钉难以取放的现象进行问题描述;采用问题模型分析,通过最终理想解和物理矛盾、扩展物场资源等方法,得到7个能解决螺钉取放问题的创新设计概念方案,最终确定1个可实行最优方案,可使微型螺钉的取放率提升65%,验证了ARIZ为创新设计提供新思路的可行性。
To solve the problem of pick-up and placement of mircroscrew in orthodontics,the study attends to deal with microsrew problem and develop new designs of microsrew by applying ARIZ theory.It first utilizes problem description on the existing problems,and then problem model analysis is used to figure out the reasons and resources.IFR definition and SFR are deployed to carry out 7 innovative solutions.The solutions are evaluated and an integrated feasible approach is ultimately proposed which achieves an improving rate of 65%.The application of ARIZ provides a new approach for innovative designs in orthodontics.
