Development of Automobile Soft Tooling Trial Production and Fixture

汽车样车的试制是汽车整个研发体系中必不可少的一个环节,对后续的设计验证、优化指导、产品定型有着决定性的作用。文中对汽车的样车试制短周期、高质量、低成本发展趋势进行了分析,指出柔性化焊接线在汽车快速制造中的优势,基于模块化、标准化思想开发了柔性化试制夹具,为试制供应商提供了发展之路。

The trial production of automobile prototypes is an indispensable link in the entire automobile R&D system,which plays a decisive role in subsequent design verification,optimization guidance,and product finalization.This paper analyzes the short-term,high-quality,and low-cost development trends of prototype car trial production,and points out the advantages of flexible welding lines in rapid automotive manufacturing.Based on the idea of modularization and standardization,a flexible trial production fixture has been developed,which provides a development path for trial production suppliers.
