摘要
从分析激励机制在高校行政管理人员工作中的重要性入手,重点介绍了高校现行激励机制运行的不足之处,提出了一系列科学可行的优化策略,为更好地发挥高校行政管理人员激励机制优势,提升行政管理人员的积极性和主动性提供一定借鉴和参考。
Starting from the analysis of the importance of the incentive mechanism in the work of college administrators,this paper focuses on the shortcomings of the current incentive mechanism operation in colleges,and proposes a series of scientific and feasible optimization strategies to better exert the incentive mechanism of college administrators,hoping to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of administrative staff and to provide a certain reference.
