Water is the origin of life,which is an essential resource for human survival.In 2004,the environmental report said that about 80% of human diseases,33% of deaths and more than 80% of cancers are caused by water.WHO also pointed out that 80% of developing countries diseases caused by impure drinking water.According to Regulations on the Management of Housing Renting and Saling issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of the People's Republic of China,the longterm rental apartment will become one of the mainstream for real estate development in the future.This paper will explore how to combine the standardized management and service characteristics of long-term rental apartments to realize the residents'demand for safe and healthy water,sanitation and epidemic prevention.
