This paper analyzes the comprehensive renovation of two old communities in Lianhuachi Xili of Fengtai District and Xiyingqianjie Comunity of Tongzhou District of Beijing,and discusses the preferential policies of tax reduction and exemption for comprehensive renovation of old communities.
