近年来,计算机技术在建筑领域得到广泛应用。在建筑工程管理中合理应用管理信息化系统,能全面强化管理人员综合管理素质,扩大施工企业市场竞争优势。本文从厦门地区工程项目入手,针对建筑工程管理信息化现状提出针对性优化策略,旨在推动建筑工程管理朝着信息化方向全面发展。

In recent years,computer technology has been widely used in the construction field.The rational application of management information system in construction project management can effectively strengthen the comprehensive management quality of management personnel and expand the market competitive advantage of construction enterprises.Starting with the construction project in Xiamen area,this paper puts forward the targeted optimization strategy according to the informatization status of construction project management,in order to promote the overall development of construction project management towards informatization direction.
