三穗鸭早期生长曲线拟合及10周龄体尺性状分析 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】探究三穗鸭的早期生长发育规律及10周龄体尺性状的性别差异。【方法】对三穗鸭群体0、2、4、6、8、10周龄的体重及10周龄的体尺性状进行测定,采用Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy模型对0~10周龄的群体体重进行曲线拟合分析;对10周龄三穗鸭公母之间的体尺性状进行比较,并分析体重与各体尺性状间的相关性。【结果】3种模型的拟合度R2均达到0.98以上,尤以Von Bertalanffy模型的拟合效果最佳(R2=0.994);10周龄三穗鸭公鸭的体重、半潜水长、体斜长、颈长、胸宽、胸深、胫长显著高于母鸭(P<0.05);三穗鸭群体体重与体斜长、龙骨长、半潜水长等绝大多数的体尺性状之间达极显著性或显著性相关水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。【结论】Von Bertalanffy模型最适于三穗鸭群体早期体重拟合,公鸭10周龄体重及体尺性状优于母鸭,半潜水长、盆骨宽等体尺性状可作为三穗鸭群体早期体重选择的间接指标。 【Objective】This study was designed to explore the rule of early growth and the sex difference between body measurement traits of Sansui duck at 10 weeks of age.【Method】The body weight at 0,2,4,6,8,10 weeks of age and body size at 10 weeks of age were measured.Three growth models of Gompertz,logistic and von Bertalanffy were utilized to fit and analyze the body weight data from 0~10 weeks of age.The body measurement traits between different genders were compared and the correlation between body weight and body measurement traits were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that the fitting degree of the models(R2)were all above 0.98,especially the Von Bertalanffy model had the best fitting effect(R2=0.994).The body weight,the semi-submerged length,the body oblique length,the neck length,the chest width,the chest depth and the shank length of the male Sansui duck at 10 weeks of age were significantly higher than those of female duck(P<0.05).The correlation between the group weight of Sansui duck and the most body measurement traits such as the body oblique length,the keel length and so on reached extremely significant or significant level(P<0.01 or P<0.05).【Conclusion】These results suggested that the Von Bertalanffy was the best model to fit early weight of Sansui duck,the body weight and the body measurement traits of the male duck at 10 weeks of age were better than the female duck.The body measurements such as the semi-submerged length,the pelvis width and so on can be used as the indirect indexes for selecting the early body weight of Sansui duck.
