基于重用性分析提高FMECA效率与有效性的方法 被引量:1

摘要 FMECA是保证产品质量的重要基础工作。但存在两方面的挑战:1)参与人员多,费时费力;2)分析结果的完备性和准确性不够,导致支持可靠性等其他工作的有效性减弱。实际上,企业新研产品通常与以往产品之间存在着不同层次或不同程度的重用关系。因此,提出了一种基于产品重用关系分析来提高FMECA效率,改善其分析结果有效性的方法。首先,建立了一种面向研制生产企业的产品重用关系模型,指导对需要进行FMECA的产品与企业以往产品之间的重用分析;然后,据此重用以往产品的FMECA结果,从而提高FMECA工作的效率;最后,综合利用以往产品的FMECA结果及其在寿命周期各个阶段积累的故障模式相关信息,提高FMECA结果的完备性和准确性。 FMECA is an important basic work to ensure product quality.However,there are two challenges:1)there are many participants,and it is time-consuming and laborious;2)the completeness and accuracy of the analysis results are not enough,which leads to the weakening of the effectiveness of its support for other work such as reliability.In fact,there are different levels or different degrees of reuse relationship between new products and previous products.Therefore,a method based on product reuse relationship analysis is proposed to improve FMECA efficiency and improve the effectiveness of its analysis results.Firstly,a product reuse relationship model for developing and manufacturing enterprises is established to guide the reuse analysis between products that need FMECA analysis and previous products of enterprises.Then,the FMECA results of previous products are reused accordingly to improve the efficiency of FMECA work.Finally,the FMECA results of the previous products and the relevant information of the fault mode accumulated in each stage of the life cycle are comprehensively utilized to improve the completeness and accuracy of the FMECA analysis results.
