摘要 现代电力电子变换器中,由功率元器件老化等机理导致的产品失效比例越来越高。在以往的功率变换器产品设计中,通过只考虑产品性能指标的初始质量(或合格率)受各种因素的影响,单纯注重出厂时刻的性能指标一致性与合格率,对产品使用过程的性能退化和使用寿命的一致性则很少关注。事实上,功率元器件是影响电力电子变换器使用寿命的核心因素,为此,提出了一种功率元器件使用寿命一致性稳健设计方法。针对功率元器件的退化分散性,建立基于退化失效时间准则的稳健优化设计模型,通过优化设计变量及其容差,改善产品在寿命周期内的寿命稳健性,降低功率变换器产品性能退化特性的敏感性,进而提高功率变换器全寿命周期的质量一致性。 In modern power electronic converters,the failure rate of products caused by aging mechanism of power components is increasing.In the previous design of power converter product,only the problem that the initial quality(or qualified rate)of the product performance index is affected by various factors is considered,and only the consistency and qualified rate of the performance index when leaving the factory is emphasized,but little attention is paid to the performance degradation and service life consistency of the product during use.In fact,power components are the core factors affecting the service life of power electronic converters.Therefore,a robustness design method for the consistency of service life of power components is proposed.In view of the degradation dispersion of power component,a robustness optimal design model based on the degradation failure time criterion is established.By optimizing the design variables and their tolerances,the life robustness of the product in the life cycle is improved,the sensitivity of the performance degradation characteristics of the power converter is reduced,and the quality consistency of the power converter in the whole life cycle is improved.
