摘要 首先,主要介绍了扭矩扳子的分类,以及电动、气动扭矩扳子的基本原理和校准方式;然后,指出JJF 1610-2017《电动、气动扭矩扳子校准规范》中附录A的不确定度评定方法和示例评定过程有点繁琐、复杂、不好理解;最后,提出了一种新的电动、气动扭矩扳子示值误差校准不确定度评定方法,即将标准扭矩传感器引入的相对不确定度分量和示值重复性引入的标准不确定分量转换成相对不确定度分量,然后将两个分量再合成相对标准不确定度。该方法简单、方便,具有一定的工程实用价值。 Firstly,the classification of torque wrenches,the basic principle and calibration method of electric and pneumatic torque wrenches are mainly introduced.Then,it is pointed out that the uncertainty assessment method and example assessment process in Appendix A of JJF 1610-2017“Calibration Specification for Electric and Pneumatic Torque Wrenches”is a bit tedious,complicated and difficult to understand.Finally,a new method for evaluating the calibration uncertainty of the indication error of electric and pneumatic torque wrench is proposed.Namely,the relative uncertainty component introduced by the standard torque sensor and the standard uncertainty component introduced by the repeatability of the indication value are converted into the relative uncertainty component,and then the two components are synthesized into the relative standard uncertainty.This method is simple and convenient,and has certain engineering practical value.
