开关电感型Z源Boost变换器的研究与应用

摘要 针对传统Z源升压变换器升压能力有限的问题,设计了一种基于Z源网络的开关电感型Z源升压变换器,大幅度地提高了变换器的升压能力。首先,分析了这种新型Z源网络和变换器的工作原理和拓扑结构;然后,进一步地研究和分析了基于状态空间平均法建立的开关电感型Z源网络的数学模型;最后,通过仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。 Aiming at the problem of the limited boosting capacity of the traditional Z-source boost converter,a swithched-inductor Z-source boost converter based on the Z-source network is designed,which greatly improves the boost capability of the converter.Firstly,the working principle and topology of the new Z-source network and converter are analyzed.Then,the mathematical model of the switched-inductor Z-cource network which is established based on the state space averaging method is further studied and analyzed.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.
