摘要
莲花特大桥32~#主墩桩基位于深层淤泥质浅滩上,受浅滩净空高度及深层淤泥等条件限制,传统的施工平台方案较难实施。经过现场踏勘和潮汐调查,结合工程特点,通过设计方案优选确定了多功能型钢施工平台作为施工方案。基于MIDAS模型验证了型钢施工平台方案的稳定性和安全性,分析了其施工工艺流程及施工关键技术。实践表明,型钢施工平台兼具多功能,尤其具有以桩基的永久性钢护筒作为基础支撑的优越性,提高了作业平台的综合效益。
The pile foundations of 32~#main pier ofLianhuaSpecial LargeBridge are located in a deep muddy shoal,where a traditional construction platform solution isrestricted by shoal clearance height and deep silt condition.According to site reconnaissance and tidal survey,as well as combining with the characteristics of works,the optimum scheme with multifunctional shape-steel platform construction had been selected from two solutions.On the basis of MADIS model,the stability and security of optimum solution have been verified,and the construction process and key technologies have been analyzed.The practice has shown that the shape-steel platform construction is a new type of multifunctional platform,which has a strong advantage of taking the permanent steel tube of pile foundation as the foundation support and can greatly improve the comprehensive benefit of operation platform,which could provide reference for similar projects.
