摘要
对某电厂600MW超临界汽轮机发电机组振动问题进行了阐述,对该机组A、B低压转子异常振动的特征进行了详细分析,确定导致该机组A、B低压转子振动异常的主要原因是A、B低压转子存在质量不平衡。通过对A、B低压转子进行现场动平衡配重试验,消除了A、B低压转子的振动异常。此次分析处理经验可为同类型600MW机组提供参考和借鉴。
The paper expounds the vibration of 600MW supercritical steam turbine generator set in power plant.The characteristics of abnormal vibration of A and B low pressure rotor are analyzed in detail.The main reason for the abnormal vibration of the A and B low pressure rotor of this unit is that the low pressure rotor of A and B has the unbalance of the quality.Through field balancing test of A and B low pressure rotor,the vibration abnormality of A and B low pressure rotors was eliminated.The analysis and processing experience can provide reference and reference for the same type of 600MW units.
