摘要
某电厂1000MW超超临界机组在启动时采用复合配汽方式,负荷增加后切换至顺序阀方式运行。机组自投产以来,高压调门一直采用最初设计的阀序。目前机组参与调峰频繁,运行峰谷差较大,为了提高机组中、低负荷工况下运行的安全性和经济性,需要对高压调门的阀序进行优化。通过高压调门阀序优化试验分析不同的阀序对机组实际运行的影响,最终实现对机组阀序的优化。
The 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit of a power plant adopts the compound steam distribution mode when it starts up,and then switches to the sequence valve mode after the load increasing.Since the unit puts into production,the high-pressure regulator has been using the originally designed valve sequence.Now the unit participates in peak regulation frequently and large difference between peak and valley exists in daily operation.In order to improve the operation safety and economy of the unit under medium and low load conditions,it is necessary to optimize the valve sequence of the high pressure regulator.Through the high-pressure valve sequence optimization test we have analyzed the impact of different valve sequences on the actual operation of the unit,and finally realize the optimization of the valve sequence of the unit.
