摘要
除雪机螺旋集雪器最主要的结构为螺旋叶片,其结构参数对于集雪器的生产率及使用功率都有着至关重要的影响。在既有产品的基础上,采用遗传算法计算得出最优解,最终通过调整螺旋集雪器螺旋叶片的螺距及螺旋内径,有效地提高了螺旋集雪器的生产率,降低了螺旋集雪器的使用功率。
The main structure of spiral snow collector for snow remover is the spiral blade,the productivity and operating power of the snow collector are greatly influenced by its structural parameters.Based on the existing products,the article uses genetic algorithm to calculate the optimal solution.Finally,by adjusting the pitch and inner diameter of the spiral blade of the spiral snow collector,the productivity of the spiral snow collector is effectively increased,and the power of the spiral snow collector is reduced.
