基于多源数据的都市圈划定方法研究——以长株潭都市圈为例

Research on the Method of Metropolitan Circle Demarcation Based on Multisource Data:A Case Study of Changzhutan Metropolitan Circle

随着城乡一体化统筹与区域网络化进程的不断加剧,现代大都市客观上表现为由中心城市及周边城镇相互作用的一体化空间单元,即都市圈。都市圈的发展伴随着资源要素的集聚、融合与共享,对城镇的发展具有较强的带动作用。都市圈划定是都市圈研究的基础,目前关于都市圈划定的方法主要是基于理论模型,难以客观反映城镇互动下的都市圈真实情况。为科学划定都市圈范围,以长株潭国土空间规划为契机,通过利用手机信令、交通态势等多源地理时空大数据,从势力圈、联系圈、交通圈3个维度综合研究城镇互动下的都市圈范围,架构都市圈划定模型,为都市圈划定提供一种更有效、更现实的研究方法。经研究长株潭都市圈划定共包含190个街道/乡镇,涉及5市共22个区县,行政面积达15905.78 km2,人口规模约1300万人,都市圈半径约78.38 km。

With the integration of urban and rural areas as a whole and increasing regional networked process,modern metropolis is objectively integrate the interaction of central city and surrounding towns space unit,namely the Metropolitan circle.the development of the Metropolitan circle with collecting,integrating and sharing the resources provides strong impetus to the development of towns.Metropolitan circle demarcation is the basis of Metropolitan circle research.At present,the Metropolitan circle demarcation methods are based on theoretical model,it is difficult to objectively reflect the real situation of Metropolitan circle under urban interaction.In order to scientifically delimit the metropolitan area,this paper,taking the land space planning of Changzhutan as an example,studies the use of mobile phone signaling,traffic situation and other multi-source geographical space and time big data,from the sphere of influence、the circle of contact and the circle of traffic three dimensions.The Metropolitan circle scope under the interaction of cities and towns,to construct a metropolitan demarcation model providing a more effective and realistic research method for the delineation of the metropolitan area.According to the study,the delineation of Changzhutan Metropolitan circle includes 190 streets/towns,involving 22 districts and counties of 5 cities,with an administrative area of 15,905.78 km^2,a population of about 13 million,and a radius of 78.38 km of the metropolitan circle.
