摘要
为减少线材钢筋在加工过程中造成损伤,避免钢筋因加工导致不符合基础建设力学要求,提出了一种全自动板筋一体机钢筋调直方法及长度进度控制方法:钢筋调直系统采用调直辊轮与调直肋板在同一轴线垂直安装,使钢筋调直系统在加工钢筋过程只产生拉力不产生推力,减少钢筋前进惯性对长度误差影响。同时引入PID控制算法,选择合适采样周期,减少加工钢筋长度误差。三相异步电动机转速通过高速CPU与变频器配合实现无极调速控制,进而对调直系统实现柔性控制。采用该调直系统加工的钢筋长度误差满足国家标准要求且不会对钢筋造成损伤。
In order to reduce the damage of wire rod steel bar in the process of processing and avoid the steel bar not conforming to the mechanical requirements of infrastructure construction due to processing,this paper puts forward a method of steel bar straightening and length progress control of automatic plate and reinforcement integrated machine. The steel bar straightening system uses the straightening roller and the straightening rib plate to be installed vertically on the same axis,so that the steel bar straightening system can only produce tension and no thrust during the processing of steel bar,thus reducing the influence of the forward inertia of the reinforcement on the length error. At the same time,the PID control algorithm is introduced to select the appropriate sampling period to reduce the length error of processing steel bar. The speed of three-phase asynchronous motor is controlled by high-speed CPU and frequency converter,and then the straightening system is controlled flexibly. The length error of the steel bar processed by the straightening system can meet the requirements of national standards and will not cause damage to the reinforcement.
