摘要
基于AMEsim建立了增速液压缸增速回路仿真模型,分析了影响回路压力、速度稳定性的因素,得到回路速度变化特性曲线,进而对模型进行优化设计。得出在本文工况下,进油口直径在10~10.5mm之间时,该增速回路能获得较好的速度动态性能,为增速回路的精度及理论深度提高提供了理论依据。
In this paper,Growth in the Loop is built up based on the AMEsim simulation model of hydraulic cylinder circuit,analyses the circuit of pressure,speed stability,got its speed change characteristic curve;Obtained in this paper,under the condition of inlet between 10-10.5 mm in diameter,the growth rate of circuit can obtain good dynamic performance speed,For the precision of throttling speed control circuit and theoretical depth increase provides a theoretical basis.
