摘要 上层切片和底层控制是3D打印实现过程中的重要环节,目前虽然可以用软件实现对应的路径规划和设备驱动功能,但是切片和控制软件数据不互通且操作复杂,难以被普通用户接受。为解决此问题,提出切片控制一体化集成策略,此策略利用串口传输打破切片控制之间的数据壁垒;为进一步简化用户操作,基于此策略利用安卓屏开发一套具有友好交互界面的切片控制一体化系统。对系统的测试结果说明,所提策略有效实现了从模型导入到设备驱动的功能集成和数据交互。 The upper slicing and the lower control are important steps in the implementation of 3D printing. Although the corresponding path planning and device driving functions can be realized by software at present,the data of slicing and control software are not interoperable and complex,which is difficult to be accepted by ordinary users. To solve this problem,an integrated slicing control strategy is proposed,which breaks the data barrier between slicing control by using serial port transmission. In order to further simplify user operation,an integrated slice control system with friendly interface is developed based on this strategy. The system test results show that the proposed strategy effectively implements functional integration and data interaction from model import to device driver.
