摘要
双块式无砟轨道施工技术轨排框架法施工工艺虽然较为成熟,但整体施工流程对人工依赖程度较高,无法满足自动化和智能化需求。施工过程中经常出现人工散枕精度难以控制、传统轨排施工工序复杂、人工精调精度无法保证和现浇道床混凝土的抗裂性差的现象,施工完成后扣件更换率居高不下,施工现场需要大量人力,施工环境差,双块式无砟轨道的建造技术还远未达到智能化及产业化水平。以郑万高铁重庆段无砟轨道施工为例,采用智能化自动分枕平台、新型嵌套式轨排和智能精调机等成套无砟轨道设备,有效地提高分枕精度和精调精度,实现了"工装保工艺、以工艺保质量"的目标,达到高标准和智能化无砟轨道建造标准。
Although the construction technology of track panel frame method is relatively mature,the overall construction process is highly dependent on labor,which can not meet the requirements of automation and intelligence. In the process of construction,the precision of artificial loose sleeper is difficult to control,the construction process of traditional track panel is complex,the precision of manual fine adjustment can not be guaranteed,and the crack resistance of cast-in-place ballast bed concrete is poor. After the construction,the replacement rate of fasteners is high,the construction site needs a lot of manpower,and the construction environment is poor. The construction technology of double block ballastless track is far from reaching the level of intelligence and industrialization. Taking the construction of ballastless track in Chongqing section of Zhengzhou Wanzhou high speed railway as an example,a complete set of ballastless track equipment,such as intelligent automatic sleeper separation platform,new nested track panel and intelligent fine adjusting machine,is adopted to effectively improve the precision of sleeper separation and fine adjustment,realize the goal of "ensuring technology with tooling and quality by technology",and achieve high standard and intelligent ballastless track construction standard.
