摘要
通用航空飞机大部分以活塞发动机为动力源泉,配重是多曲柄航空活塞发动机曲轴组件的重要部件之一,其主要功能是消除发动机运转时曲轴系的扭转振动。曲轴配重随发动机使用到规定时间后,必须对其进行翻修以保证能够正确发挥其功能。以某型航空活塞发动机曲轴配重为例,从技术资料、修理方法及验收检查等主要方面对曲轴配重的翻修进行了探讨,从而为建立起实用的曲轴配重翻修能力提供理论指导。
Most general aviation aircraft use piston engine as the power source. Counterweight is one of the important parts of crankshaft assembly of multi crank aero piston engine. Its main function is to eliminate the torsional vibration of crankshaft system when the engine is running. The crankshaft counterweight must be overhauled after the engine has been used for a specified time to ensure that it can play its function correctly. Taking the crankshaft counterweight of an aviation piston engine as an example,this paper discusses the overhaul of the crankshaft counterweight from the main aspects of technical data,repair methods and acceptance inspection,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of practical repair capacity of crankshaft counterweight.
