洁净型煤压制成型过程中制约瓶颈优化

摘要 结合洁净煤厂的生产实际,总结洁净型煤在型煤压制成型过程,阐述分析在生产过程中出现的成型设备产能低、产品质量不稳定、核心设备故障率偏高等一系列生产瓶颈,找出粉料的堆密度变化规律、球窝形状及尺寸、预压给料装置与压辊的匹配适应性的关系,并对压制成型系统进行优化改造,实践证明此优化方案解决了洁净型煤项目存在的产能制约问题。 Combined with the production practice of clean coal plant,the paper summarizes the briquette pressing process of clean briquette,expounds and analyzes a series of production bottlenecks such as low productivity of molding equipment,unstable product quality, high failure rate of core equipment,etc.,and finds out the variation law of powder bulk density,shape and size of ball and socket,and the relationship between pre pressure feeding device and roller matching adaptability. It is proved by practice that the optimization scheme can solve the problem of capacity restriction existing in clean briquette project.
