摘要
为了实现航空液压控制阀高集成度轻量化设计,应用TRIZ理论对液压控制阀集成及轻量化关键技术进行分析,找出它们之间存在的矛盾,对液压阀集成进行了分析,提出元件结构融合、功能复合、计算机辅助先进设计方法及新材料、新工艺是实现集成轻量化设计的有效路径。
In order to realize the high integration and lightweight design of aviation hydraulic control valve,the key technologies of integration and lightweight of hydraulic control valve are analyzed by using TRIZ theory,and the contradiction between them is found out. The integration of hydraulic valve is analyzed. It is pointed out that the integration of components and structure,function combination, computer aided advanced design method,new materials and new technology are the key to realize the integrated lightweight design Effective path.
