摘要
现在国内大型铝合金铸件需求日益广泛,如何提高大型铝合金铸件质量,增强企业在市场中的竞争力,显得更加迫切。以某大型铝合金壳体铸件为例,其应用树脂砂型铸造工艺进行生产,采用复合式浇注系统。其首批次铸件在机加工后表面出现夹渣及气孔缺陷,无法达到交付要求。通过优化浇注系统设计,并在生产实践中落实优化后的浇注系统设计,很好地解决了铸件缺陷问题并交付验收。
At present,the demand for large-scale aluminum alloy castings in China is becoming more and more extensive. How to improve the quality of large-scale aluminum alloy castings and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market is even more urgent. Taking a large aluminum alloy casing casting as an example,it is produced by a resin sand casting process,and a compound casting system is adopted. The first batch of castings showed slag inclusions and porosity defects on the surface after machining,which failed to meet the delivery requirements. By optimizing the design of the gating system and implementing the optimized gating system design in production practice,the problem of casting defects is well solved and accepted.
