新工科思维下的创新人才培养模式——以电子信息工程专业为例

Innovative Talent Training Mode Under the New Engineering Thinking——Take Electronic Information Engineering as an Example

以新工科专业建设为目标,以能力培养为核心,以电子信息工程专业为例,开展新工科思维下的创新人才培养模式研究。在创新人才培养模式、专业课程体系、课程教学方法、加强双师型队伍建设、创新人才评价机制等方面刷新了人才培养模式,研究成果不仅适用于电子信息工程专业,而且对其他工程类专业的实践教学改革也具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper takes the construction of new engineering specialty as the goal,takes the ability training as the core,takes the electronic information engineering specialty as an example,through the research practice of innovative talent training mode,professional curriculum system,curriculum teaching methods,strengthening the construction of double qualification team,innovative talent evaluation mechanism,etc.,to carry out the research of innovative talent training mode under the new engineering thinking. The research results of this paper are not only applicable to the electronic information engineering specialty,but also have a certain reference significance for the practice teaching reform of other engineering majors.
