摘要
铝电解过程会排放固体颗粒物、硫化物、氟化物以及氮化物等工艺污染物,随着日益严格的排放标准和中国节能减排政策的推行,铝电解烟气治理成为研究的重点。本文通过调整塔内浆液参数,检查除雾器和CEMS设备,进行大量数据分析,研究石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺对系统颗粒物排放的影响。结果表明,吸收塔浆液、除雾器、CEMS设备以及原烟气中颗粒物与系统颗粒物排放均存在对应关系,合理调整即可保证颗粒物达标排放。本研究可为铝电解烟气脱除颗粒物提供借鉴和参考。
Aluminum electrolysis process will emit process pollutants such as solid particles,sulfides,fluorides and nitrides.Along with the increasingly-strict emission standards and the implementation of China's energy conservation and emission reduction policies,the focus has been placed on the research on aluminum electrolysis flue gas treatment.In this paper,the effect of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process on system particulate matter emission was studied by adjusting the slurry parameters in the tower,checking the mist eliminator and CEMS equipment,and analyzing a large number of data.The results show that there is a corresponding relationship between the absorption tower slurry,mist eliminator,CEMS equipment,particulate matter in the original flue gas and the emission of system particulate matter,and the reasonable adjustment can ensure that the particulate matter emission can meet relevant standard.This study can provide reference for the removal of particulate matter from aluminum electrolysis flue gas.
