摘要
纳米药物递送系统自身理化性质如粒径、电荷、形状等可影响其血液循环、肿瘤蓄积及细胞摄取等性能,进而影响药效。利用肿瘤微环境与正常组织的差异,构建肿瘤微环境响应型纳米药物递送系统,具备智能转变自身理化性质的特点,成为目前研究的焦点。本文综述了近年来常见的肿瘤微环境响应型纳米药物递送系统及其在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,以期为合理设计肿瘤微环境响应型纳米药物递送系统提供新的思路和方法。
The physicochemical properties of nano-drug delivery system,such as particle size,surface charge and shape,could affect the blood circulation,tumor accumulation and cell uptake of nano-drug delivery system,and furtherly affect the therapeutic effect.To construct tumor microenvironment responsive nano-drug delivery systems based on differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissue,which have the characteristics of intelligent transformation of physicochemical properties,has become the focus in current researches.In this review,the research progress of the tumor microenvironment responsible nano-drug delivery systems and their applications in cancer treatment were summarized,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the rational design of the tumor microenvironment responsible nano-drug delivery systems.
