网络政治意识形态身份认同是身份政治认同的组成部分,又具有自身的特性。网络政治意识形态身份认同包括两部分:网络主流政治意识形态身份认同和网络非主流政治意识形态身份认同。网络主流政治意识形态与非主流政治意识形态都存在着解构与重构、共识与断裂、信任与质疑的可能性与现实性,增加了网络政治意识形态身份认同的复杂性。网络政治意识形态身份认同既能有效地推动政治进步,又能破坏政治发展,使政治停摆。加强公共权力与公民权利身份建设,有效推进宪法基础上的意识形态身份认同;加强经济和文化建设,为公民意识形态身份认同打下良好的基础;加强网络技术建设,防止网络政治意识形态身份认同的极端化。

Network political ideology identity is not only a component of identity political identity,but also has its own characteristics.Network political ideology identity includes two parts:network mainstream political ide⁃ology identity and network non-mainstream political ideology identity.Both mainstream political ideologies and non-mainstream political ideologies have the possibility and reality of deconstruction and reconstruction,con⁃sensus and fracture,trust and doubt,which increase the complexity of the identity of network political ideology.Network political ideology identity may not only effectively promote political progress,but also may undermine political development and bring politics to a standstill.Optimizing network political ideological identity re⁃quires strengthening the construction of public power and civil rights identity,effectively promoting ideological identity based on the constitution;strengthening economic and cultural construction,and laying a good founda⁃tion for citizen ideological identity;strengthening network technology construction,preventing the radicalization of political ideological identity on the Internet.
