摘要
职业学校与小微企业具有相互依赖的关系,常州市小微企业众多,职业学校为小微企业服务可以解决常州市制造类小微企业普遍面临的技术人员短缺、技术人员培训不足等难题。常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校在为小微企业短期培养机器人技术人员实践中,从培养目标、培训时间、培训形式、培训内容和考核形式等方面构建小微企业短期技术人员培养的教学模式。该模式具有课程设置灵活、导师选派灵活和学制短的特点,在具体实践中取得较好成效。
Vocational schools and small and micro enterprises are interdependent.There are many small and micro enterprises in Changzhou.Vocational schools serve small and micro enterprises to solve the problems of shortage of technical personnel and insufficient training of technical personnel commonly faced by manufacturing small and micro enterprises in Changzhou.In the practice of cultivating robot technicians for small and micro enterprises in the short-term practice,Changzhou Liuguojun Vocational Technology College has established a teaching mode for training short-term technical personnel for small and micro enterprises from the aspects of training objectives,training time,training form,training content and assessment form.This mode has the characteristics of flexible curriculum system,flexible tutor selection and short academic system,and has achieved good results in specific practice.
