吉林省地方院校日语专业发展及就业现状分析

Analysis of the Development and Employment Status Quo of Japanese Major in Local Colleges in Jilin Province

以吉林省地方院校日语专业学生2015-2017年毕业生的就业数据为基础,对9个就业去向利用Bartlett球形检验方法进行检验后,采用SPSS统计分析软件进行整理归纳,提取出"机动就业""稳定就业""进学就业"和"盈利就业"四个大方向,并结合调研和访谈数据,分析吉林省地方典型性高校的日语专业培养方案和课程设置情况。整体来看,吉林省地方院校日语专业就业情况较好,这主要得益于日语专业对接产业需求的专业培养目标定位、立足岗位需求的专业课程体系、基于校企合作的专业培养模式和基于自身实际的多样化就业导向,但也存在课程设置单一、师资缺乏职业经验、硬件设施利用不充分等问题。

Based on the employment data of graduates of Japanese major in local colleges and universities in Jilin province from 2015 to 2017,the Bartlett sphere test method and SPSS statistical analysis software are used to organize and summarize,and combined with survey and interview data,analyze the training programs and curriculum settings of Japanese major in typical local colleges and universities in Jilin Province.On the whole,the employment situation of Japanese major in local colleges and universities in Jilin Province is relatively good.This is mainly due to the professional training target positioning of Japanese major to meet industry needs,professional curriculum systems based on job needs,professional training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation and self-based diversified employment orientation,but there are also problems such as single curriculum,lack of professional experience of teachers,and insufficient use of hardware facilities.
