摘要
信息技术正在倒逼传统评课研修方式改革,以浙江省名师网络工作室"名师评课"栏目为驱动,进行线上线下混合研修活动的创新探索。混合式研修模式以"学习进阶"理论为指导,融合"跨界思维"和"交互策略",具有多层次进阶和多要素交互的纵横结构。基于互联网思维与技术,探索建立研修活动的"学习进阶"式策略和名师评课的"闭环反馈"式机制,取得了良好的实践效果。
Information technology is forcing the reform of traditional teaching evaluation methods.Driven by the“famous teachers’class evaluation”column of Zhejiang famous teacher network studio,we will carry out innovative exploration of online and offline mixed training activities.The blended training mode is guided by the theory of“advanced learning”,integrates“cross-boundary thinking”and“interactive strategy”,and has a vertical and horizontal structure of multi-level advancement and multi-element interaction.Based on internet thinking and technology,it has explored and established the“advanced learning”strategy of training activities and the“closed-loop feedback”mechanism of class evaluation by famous teachers,and achieved good practical results.
