摘要
在铝合金的表面生产技术中,阳极氧化技术使用最为广泛。在铝型材企业污染排放的过程中,铝合金阳极氧化工艺中的酸性废水排放也占有相当大的比例。酸性废水处理方式主要有化学中和法、离子交换法及膜法处理技术。目前铝型材企业主要采用化学中和法处理酸性废水。本文首先针对铝合金阳极氧化工艺中排放的酸性废水处理技术进行简要论述,同时以某铝型材企业硫酸阳极氧化工艺废水为例进行说明,并在此基础上探索更为有效的废水处理技术。
At present,although anodizing technology is the most widely used in aluminum surface technology,the discharge of acidic wastewater in the aluminum alloy anodizing process occupies an important part of the pollution discharge process of aluminum profile factories.Acidic wastewater treatment methods mainly adopt three methods:chemical neutralization,ion exchange treatment technology and membrane treatment technology.Among them,the current aluminum profile factory enterprises mainly adopt the chemical neutralization method. Therefore, this article first briefly discusses the acidic wastewatertreatment technology discharged from the aluminum alloy anodizing process, and at the sametime gives an example of the sulfuric acid anodizing process wastewater from an aluminumprofile company to provide a method for wastewater recovery.
