摘要
随着洱海流域保护治理工作的推进,大理市在洱海流域周边农村建设了规模庞大的排污管网和污水处理设备(下统称大理市洱海流域截污治污体系)。整个体系对于拦截的生活污水具有净化作用,该体系的稳定运转对于洱海流域截污治污工作至关重要。但目前,具体的管理工作存在效率低、成本高、事倍功半等现实困难。本文通过运用大数据、物联网、GIS等技术手段来提升大理市截污治污体系运营管理效率,旨在提出适宜大理市洱海流域截污治污体系的智慧管理模式,同时为其他地区同类工作的开展提供参考和帮助。
With the advancement of the protection and management of the Erhai Lake Basin,Dali city has built a large-scale sewage pipe network and sewage treatment equipment in the surrounding rural areas of the Erhai Lake Basin(hereinafter collectively referred to as Dali’s Erhai Basin Pollution Interception System).The entire system has a purifying effect on intercepted domestic sewage,and the stable operation of the system is crucial to the pollution interception and pollution control work in the Erhai Lake Basin.But at present,specific management work has practical difficulties such as low efficiency,high cost,and half the effort.This article uses big data,internet of things,GIS and other technical means to improve the efficiency of the operation and management of the pollution interception and pollution control system in Dali city,aiming to propose a smart management model suitable for the pollution interception and pollution control system in the Erhai Basin of Dali city,and at the same time for similar work in other regions provide reference and help.
