常德市第一中医医院使用中医药预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的经验总结

Experience of using Chinese medicine to prevent Novel Coronavirus pneumonia in Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

基于“治未病”思想的指导,常德市第一中医医院在此次疫情发生后,对中医药“治疫病”的相关经验进行深入学习,将现代媒体技术与中医传统疗法相结合,深入挖掘中医传统疗法,通过内服预防汤药、外用中药熏蒸、佩戴香囊、食疗、足浴、防疫灸、情志疗法等中医传统方法全方位调节人体气血,提高人体免疫力,使“正气存内、邪不可干”,有效阻断了疫情在院内进一步传播,实现了全院无一人感染的目标。使用中医药抗疫不仅对社会稳定及经济发展产生有利的影响,而且加深公众对中医的认识,有利于中医药事业的发展,迎来中医药发展的又一个“春天”,值得临床研究并推广使用。

Based on the guidance of the idea of″preventive treatment of disease″,after the outbreak of the epidemic,Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine deeply studied the relevant experience of″treating epidemic disease″of traditional Chinese medicine,combined modern media technology with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and deeply explored traditional Chinese medicine therapy,including oral administration of preventive decoction,external fumigation,wearing sachet,food therapy,foot bath,epidemic prevention moxibustion,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine methods,such as emotional therapy,regulate qi and blood of human body in an all-round way,improve human immunity,make″positive qi store inside,evil can not invade″,effectively block the further spread of the epidemic in the hospital,and achieve the goal of no one infected in the hospital.Active use of traditional Chinese medicine not only has a favorable impact on social stability and economic development,but also deepens the public′s understanding of traditional Chinese medicine,which is conducive to the further development of traditional Chinese medicine,ushering in another"spring"of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further clinical research and wide application.
