摘要
北斗地基增强系统是由国家统一规划建设的以北斗卫星导航系统为主,兼容其他GNSS系统的地基增强系统。本文介绍了一种基于北斗地基增强系统的高精度铁水运输机车位置跟踪系统,系统在鄂城钢铁建设基准站,通过4G移动通信网播发导航信号修正量和辅助定位信号,实现终端用户的米级甚至厘米级的精密导航定位。通过对牵引机车和车架安装高精度定位装置,获取运输车辆的定位信息,同时针对定位条件较差的情况,开发了火车定位纠偏算法,使得机车定位更加精准。将机车定位信息实时在三维可视化界面中展示,显示铁水运输机车实时运输过程,有利于实现高温熔融金属安全监控,防范风险。
The Beidou Foundation enhancement System is a foundation enhancement system based on the Beidou navigation Satellite System and compatible with other GNSS systems.This paper introduces a high-precision hot metal transport locomotive position tracking system based on Beidou Foundation enhancement system.The system transmits navigation signal correction and auxiliary positioning signals through 4G mobile communication network at the benchmark station of Echeng Iron and Steel Construction,so as to realize precision navigation and positioning of end users at the level of meter or even centimeter.By installing high-precision positioning devices for traction locomotives and frames,the positioning information of transport vehicles is obtained.Meanwhile,according to the poor positioning conditions,the train positioning correction algorithm is developed to make the locomotive positioning more accurate.The real-time display of locomotive positioning information on the 3D visual interface shows the real-time transport process of molten iron transport locomotive,which is conducive to the safety monitoring of high-temperature molten metal and risk prevention.
