摘要
分析首批“1+X”WEB前端开发试点工作基础上,针对教师“1+X”WEB前端开发驾驭能力不足问题,提出了教师“1+X”WEB前端开发技能的培育路径,对构建“1+X”多元化培训体系、实施“1+X”技能交叉轮训制度、加强教师“四个一”软件企业实践、推进高级技能证书认定、实施“学训合一”训练方法等培育方法进行详细阐述,对初级、中级、高级实施交叉轮训、企业实践轮训进行重点阐述,旨在全方位提升教师技术能力、职业能力、实践经验,为推进“1+X”人才培养改革和专业建设高质量发展,提供师资队伍培育的参考措施。
Analysis of the first batch of“1+X”WEB front-end development based on pilot work,in view of the teachers“1+X”WEB front-end development ability shortage problem,put forward the teachers“1+X”WEB front-end development skills cultivating way,for the construction of“1+X”diversity training system,the implementation of the“1+X”skills training in rotation system,strengthening teachers“four”software enterprise practice,promote advanced skills certifi cate recognized,the implementation of“learn xun”training methods of cultivating method in detail,for primary,intermediate,advanced,cross training in rotation,enterprises emphasis on practice training in rotation,It aims to comprehensively improve teachers’technical ability,professional ability and practical experience,and provide reference measures for teachers’cultivation to promote the reform of“1+X”talent cultivation and the high-quality development of professional construction.
