摘要
目的:观察独活寄生汤联合超微针刀治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性非特异性下腰痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组以独活寄生汤口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用超微针刀治疗,对比两组治疗后在缓解疼痛、改善腰部活动功能等方面的效果。结果:观察组治疗后的VAS疼痛评分、JOA腰痛疗效评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性非特异性下腰痛的治疗,采用独活寄生汤联合超微针刀治疗能够有效缓解腰部疼痛,改善腰部活动功能,值得在临床中推广运用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with ultramicro needle knife in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with duhuo jisheng decoction,observation group was treated with ultramicro needle knife on the basis of the control group.The effects of relieving pain and improving lumbar activity function were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The scores of vas pain and joa low back pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 86.67%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions For the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain,Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with ultramicro needle knife therapy can effectively relieve lumbar pain and improve lumbar activity function.The treatment has significant curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
