摘要
为研究掘进机不同粉尘质量浓度沿程分布,针对产尘源颗粒不同初始速度,运用FLUENT软件模拟巷道内的全尘质量浓度分布规律。结果表明:巷道内下部粉尘质量浓度大于上部,在巷道底板处达到最大。以巷道轴线为中心,粉尘质量浓度左右呈对称分布。当产尘源初始速度增大时,巷道内粉尘质量浓度影响显著,受风流扰动的影响,负压场后移,加速粉尘向巷道内排出。该研究对粉尘降尘方案的确定有重要指导意义。
In order to study the distribution of different dust concentration along the roadheader,according to the different initial speeds of the dust-producing source particles,FLUENT software was used to simulate the characteristics of the mass concentration distribution of dust and respiration dust within 10 seconds.The results show:The lower part of the dust mass concentration in the roadway is larger than the upper part and reaches the mwalimu at the floor of the roadway.Centered on the alis of the roadway,the dust mass concentration is symmetrical distributed.When the initial velocity of the dust source increases,the dust mass concentration in the roadway has a significant influence.Due to the disturbance of the wind flow,the negative pressure field moves backward and accelerates the dust discharge outside the roadway,which has important guiding significance for the dust dust reduction determination of the plan.
