孟加拉达舍尔甘地污水处理厂消火栓系统的设计

摘要 通过成都院执行的孟加拉国达舍尔甘地污水处理厂的设计工作,探讨了达舍尔甘地污水处理厂消火栓系统各部分的设计考量,对比了中美两国以及孟加拉国消防规范的异同点,提出了对于类似国际项目的设计建议。NFPA 820作为污水处理厂专项消防规范,对于污水处理厂消火栓设置位置的选取具有重要的参考意义,弥补了相关国内规范的缺失。而对于消火栓水量、水压的确定,NFPA 20的要求普遍偏大,按照国标规范设计更为合理。NFPA和国标规范对于消防水泵扬程的计算和性能要求都有类似的规定,而对于柴油机储油罐的容量设计NFPA则更显保守。同样,NFPA对于消防稳压泵的要求也略高于国标规范。在满足安全质量的前提,设计应进行相应优化,选择合理的规范依据。 Based on the design work of Dasherkandi Sewage Treatment Plant implemented by Chengdu Engineering,the design considerations of various parts of fire hydrant system of Dasherkandi Sewage Treatment Plant are discussed.The similarities and differences of fire protection codes between China,the United States and Bangladesh are compared,and design suggestions for similar international projects are put forward.NFPA 820,as a special fire protection code for sewage treatment plant,has important reference significance for the selection of fire hydrant location in sewage treatment plant,and makes up for the lack of relevant domestic codes.The water quantity and water pressure of fire hydrant is more reasonable according to the international standard NFPA 20 because the requirement is normally higher.NFPA and national standards have similar provisions for the calculation and performance requirements of fire pump head,while NFPA is more conservative for the capacity design of diesel oil storage tank.Similarly,the requirements of NFPA for fire stabilized pressure pump are slightly higher than the national standard.On the premise of meeting the safety and quality requirements,the design should be optimized and the reasonable standard basis should be selected.
