老挝南公1水电站大坝填筑施工强度大,质量要求高,施工过程中,对坝料开采、填筑碾压参数以及取样试验检测等环节进行了质量控制,同时采用合理的填筑方法和机械设备配置,通过配套的坝体填筑施工技术的应用和健全的质量管理体系,保证了大坝填筑压实质量达到了高标准要求。介绍了所采用的大坝填筑施工质量控制措施。

The dam filling construction of Nam Kong 1 Hydropower Station in Laos has high construction intensity and high quality requirements.During the construction process,the quality control of dam material mining,filling and rolling parameters,sampling test and detection and other links was carried out.At the same time,reasonable filling method and mechanical equipment configuration were adopted,and through the application of matching dam filling construction technology and sound quality management system,which ensures the dam filling and rolling quality meeting the high standard requirements.This paper introduces the quality control measures adopted for dam filling construction.
