摘要
基于整合药学和转化药学的理念和内涵,以培养学生创新应用能力为核心,通过合理的论证、灵活的政策、有效的协调和科学的管理,从优化课程体系,深化教学改革;强化优势项目,拓展多维实践平台;整合教师资源,打造精英团队等方面持续改进,构建药学本科生创新能力培养体系。基于整合药学和转化药学的培养模式尚待进一步探索与完善。
With the cultivation of students'innovative application ability as the core,based on the concept and connotation of integrating pharmacy and transformational pharmacy,through reasonable argumentation,flexible policies,effective coordination and scientific management,the curriculum system is optimized,and teaching reform is deepened.Through strengthening superior projects,expanding the multi-dimensional practice platform,integrating teacher resources,and building an elite team and other aspects to continuously improve,a pharmacy undergraduate innovation ability training system is built.The training model based on integrated pharmacy and translational pharmacy needs to be explored and perfected by pharmaceutical educators in practice.
