思政元素在高校就业指导课程中的渗透路径及效果分析

On the Infiltration Path and Effect of Ideological and Political Elements in the Course of Employment Guidance in Universities

为推动以“课程思政”为目标的高校就业指导课程教学改革,对思政元素在就业指导课程中渗透的现实价值和实践路径进行了研究。并通过实证研究证明,思政元素的渗透提升了就业指导课程教师的“课程思政”意识,提高了学生的就业指导课成绩和就业成功率。

In order to promote the teaching reform of the course of employment guidance in universities with the objective of course-based ideological and political education,the paper analyzes the practical value and practice path of infiltrating ideological and political elements in the course of employment guidance.The result shows that the infiltration of ideological and political elements in the course of employment guidance contributes to the raising of the teacher’s awareness of course-based ideological and political education,the improvement of the student’s scores of the course,and the probability of success in employment.
