心血管系统整合课程教学改革的实践与思考 被引量:9

摘要 为适应医疗卫生事业发展的需要,近年来,我国越来越多的医学院校开展了以“器官系统为中心”的医学教育改革。广州医科大学自2015年开始实施以“器官系统为中心”的课程整合,通过组建跨学科、跨学院的教师团队、改革教学理念、探索以“学生为中心”的多种教学模式,深入开展不同学科之间、基础医学与临床医学之间、科学与人文之间的课程整合。文章以心血管系统为例,从课程整合思路、组建教学团队、课程设置及实施三个方面总结器官系统整合的实践经验,并探讨课程整合的优点和存在的问题。 In order to meet the need of the development of medical and health services,in recent years,the medical education reform of course integration with“organ system centered”was carried out in more and more medical universities in China.Guangzhou Medical University has implemented organ system centered curriculum integration since 2015.To Deeply carry out curriculum integration between different disciplines,between basic medicine and clinical medicine,and between science and humanities by setting up an interdisciplinary and inter-faculty teaching team,reforming teaching concepts,and exploring multiple"student-centered"teaching modes.In this paper we takes the cardiovascular system as an example,summarizes the practical experience of organ system integration on the following three aspects:curriculum integration ideas,formation of teaching team,curriculum setting and implementation,and discusses the advantages and problems of the reform.
