PBL教学法在骨肿瘤外科见习教学中的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨运用PBL教学法在骨肿瘤外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年6月骨肿瘤外科见习教学中的40名临床医学专业见习学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。实验组采取PBL教学法进行教学,对照组采取传统教学法进行教学,比较两种教学模式的应用效果。结果对比分析两组见习学生的组间数据,实验组见习学生影像学资料分析评分、发病机制及诊断评分、拟定治疗方案评分、专业知识成绩总分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组见习学生基础理论评分、病史采集评分、专科查体评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。问卷调查结果表明实验组在临床思维能力、文献阅读能力、理论联系临床实践能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨肿瘤外科见习教学中,PBL教学法效果良好,学生满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in the probation teaching of bone tumor surgery.Methods A total of 40 clinical medical interns from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups on average.In the observation group,20 students chose the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method.In the control group,20 students chose the traditional teaching method.The application effect of the two teaching method was compared.Results The data between the two groups were compared and analyze.The scores of imaging data analysis,pathogenesis and diagnosis,treatment plan formulation and professional knowledge of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic theory,disease history collection and special physical examination in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the results of questionnaire survey,the clinical thinking ability,literature reading ability,theory and clinical practice ability of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching mode is effective in the the probation teaching of bone tumor surgery,and has higher satisfaction in the students.
