“互联网+”新型教学在呼吸内科肺炎教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析基于“互联网+”的新型教学模式在呼吸内科护士肺炎防控教学中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年6月—2019年6月呼吸内科进行肺炎防控教学培训的78名护士为对象,根据随机抽签法分为试验组与对照组,各39名,对照组予以传统教学模式,试验组予以基于“互联网+”的新型教学模式,对比两组呼吸内科护士的肺炎防控教学成绩、岗位胜任能力和教学满意度。结果教学培训后,试验组护士的肺炎防控考核成绩比对照组高(P<0.05);试验组护士岗位胜任力各维度评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);同时,试验组护士的教学满意度(94.87%)明显高于对照组的满意度(79.49%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的新型教学模式在呼吸内科护士肺炎防控教学培训中的应用效果显著,有助于提升其肺炎防控教学成绩及岗位胜任能力,同时可以促进护士对教学工作的满意度有效提高。 Objective To analyze of the application effect of the new teaching mode based on“Internet+”in the teaching of pneumonia prevention and control for nurses of respiratory medicine.Methods Selected 78 nurses who were trained in pneumonia prevention and control in the Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.According to the random lottery method,the experimental group and the control group were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 39 students.The control group was given a traditional teaching model,and the test group was given a new teaching model based on“Internet+”competency.The teaching achievements,post competency and teaching satisfaction of nurses in respiratory medicine were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching and training,the nurses in the experimental group had higher scores for the pneumonia prevention and control than the control group(P<0.05).The nurses in the experimental group had higher scores in each dimension than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the teaching satisfaction of nurses in the experimental group(94.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the new teaching model based on“Internet+”in the training of respiratory medicine nurses for pneumonia prevention and control has a significant effect,which can help to improve their teaching performance and post competence in pneumonia prevention and control.At the same time,it can effectively improve nurses'satisfaction with teaching work.
