摘要
标准化病人在国内外广泛应用于学员的培训与教学,同时承担有“患者”“评估者”及“教学指导者”这三种角色,在临床教学中起到非常重要的作用。人员的招募、筛选及培训均会影响标准化病人的教学应用效果,标准化病人的培训是前提也是关键。腹膜透析作为一项专业性及实践性较强的专科,更是成为实习带教中的难点,实习带教中存在操作机会少,理论与实际无法有效结合,学习效果不佳的教学困境,单纯的教学难以达到培训效果。文章结合科室实际情况,探讨腹膜透析标准化病人筛选、培训经验,以期提高腹膜透析教学质量,为临床实习教学提供更多参考。
Standardized Patient(SP)plays a very important role of“Patient”“Estimator”and“Instructor”at the same time in the training and teaching of students at home and abroad,standardized patient training is both a prerequisite and key,and recruitment,screening and training will affect the teaching effect of standardized patients.Peritoneal dialysis,as a professional and practical specialty,has become a difficult point in practice teaching.there are few opportunities for operation,the theory and practice can not be effectively combined,the learning effect is not good teaching dilemma,simple teaching is difficult to achieve the training effect.combined with the actual situation of the department,to discuss and search for the selective and training experience of SP,in order to improve the teaching quality of peritoneal dialysis and provide more references for clinical practice teaching.
