数字骨科技术在创伤骨科临床教学中的应用和优势 被引量:14

The Advantage and Application of Digital Orthopedic Technology in Clinical Teaching Practice of Trauma Orthopedic Department

摘要 目的可视化是数字骨科技术的重要特征,通过数字骨科技术将临床解剖与疾病表现进行可视化教学有助于提升教学效果。文章研究探索了数字骨科技术在创伤骨科临床实习教学中的效果。方法将40名初次于创伤骨科实习的同学随机分为对照组和实验组,使用同一批临床典型病例进行实习教学。对照组使用普通影像资料和图谱教学,实验组利用三维重建及3D打印模型结合图谱教学。对比两组同学出科考试成绩和学习满意度调查情况。结果采用数字骨科技术教学的实验组学生满意度更高,出科考核的理论成绩较对照组明显更高,两组成绩分别为(92.3±4.5)分和(86.4±4.8)分,P<0.05。结论采用数字骨科技术在创伤骨科临床教学实践中效果良好,既提高学生学习兴趣,又能帮助学生掌握临床知识难点。 Objective Visualization is an important feature of digital orthopedics.The digital orthopedic techniques could improve teaching effectiveness through visualizing the clinical anatomy and disease.This study evaluated the effects of digital orthopedics in the clinical practice of trauma orthopedics.Methods Fourty students who were training in traumatic orthopedics first time were randomly divided into control group and Experimental group,and the same group of clinical typical cases were used for internship teaching.The control group uses ordinary image data,and the Experimental group uses 3D reconstruction and 3D printing models.Compare the scores of the test scores and learning satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The students in the Experimental group had higher satisfaction,and the theoretical scores of the subjects were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of the two groups were(92.3±4.5)and(86.4±4.8)respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of digital orthopedics in the teaching practice of traumatic orthopedics is good,that is,to improve students'interest in learning,and to help students master the clinical knowledge which were hardly to remembered.
